Bill Rambo, Founder & President, RamboPlus Associates, LLC
When Bill Rambo founded RamboPlus, he had already amassed more than 25 years in the financial services industry—much of which was spent helping to positively impact the performance of professionals in that industry and others. He holds multiple industry designations and awards.
Bill's biggest sense of accomplishment arises from having, over his professional career, helped to build successful staffs, firms, systems, programs and most importantly, successful people.
A 1983 graduate of Lehigh University where he was an All-American Boxer and quarterback, Rambo has excelled in a variety of arenas. In addition to his successes as a business person, he has always found the time to be involved in his community in the Lehigh Valley. He is President of the Board of the Boys & Girls Club of Easton. In addition, Bill has successfully spearheaded efforts to supply care packages for our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is a past Director of the Board of “Support the Troops, Inc.” Bill also has served as an adjunct instructor of Career and Professional studies at two local career focused colleges.
Bill Rambo’s credits include hundreds of speaking engagements, as well as numerous TV and radio appearances. He has published numerous articles, as well as a book that deals with concepts related to real world financial planning.
His mission for RamboPlus is to help companies and individuals to climb the ladder of success.
Tracy Butler, Administrative Partner, RamboPlus Associates, LLC
Tracy was born, raised and educated in the United Kingdom, where she obtained qualifications in Business Studies from Tameside College of Technology, before coming to live in the USA in 2000. Tracy has 20 plus years of proven experience working in Business Administration and the Client Services field.
In her role as Administrative Partner at RamboPlus Associates, LLC, Tracy is the behind the scenes professional who makes sure the administration side of the organization runs smoothly.All who encounter her are immediately impressed by her good nature, her keen focus, her superior skills and her British accent.
Tracy's efforts have been credited by the other members of the RamboPlus staff, particularly Founder Bill Rambo, with being one of the fundamental reasons the company is able to live up to its creed, Focus. Preparation. Execution.
Brian Clifford, Jr., Senior VP Technology & Marketing Services, RamboPlus Associates, LLC
Brian Clifford Jr. graduated from Penn State in 1987 and earned his MBA from Lehigh University in 1992. His early career was spent on the front lines of the "telecom wars" executing direct mail marketing campaigns for MCI's Friends & Family program while at Devon Direct (later purchased by EURO RSCG Worldwide) in Berwyn, PA.
Brian spent nearly a decade at Rodale, Inc., directing the marketing campaigns for such titles as Prevention magazine, Men's Health magazine, Low Fat Living and numerous other continuity and one-shot publications. Brian later joined HCI Direct in Philadelphia, PA, responsible for direct mail, telemarketing and Internet marketing campaigns. Over the years Brian has personally planned and executed well over one half-billion direct mail pieces, which includes thousands of creative, list, contact and strategy tests.
Most recently Brian has shifted his focus to the educational and technology fields. He earned a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology from Lehigh University in 2009. His technology, Internet and website expertise has been of great use to clients since he joined RamboPlus Associates in May of 2009.
Molly Schroeter, M.Ed., Vice President of Development, RamboPlus Associates, LLC
Molly Schroeter has nearly 20 years experience and a Masters Degree in the field of Training and Development. Her focus has been on needs assessment, design, implementation, and updating of development programs, in particular in the area of business and practice development.
Using fundamental leaderships principles in organizational development, Molly utilized her financial services and training & development background to successfully build an organization in the financial services industry from “scratch”. Molly has also successfully developed a client base and maintained a growing practice for nearly 20 years.
Molly attended Pennsylvania State for both her B.S. in Finance and her M.Ed. in Training & Development for Adult Education.
In her role as Vice President of Development with RamboPlus Associates, LLC, Molly enjoys better understanding the unique characteristics of businesses and projects that can benefit from developing programs to achieve improvements and solutions as well as helping to develop the programs that help achieve resolutions.
Kirstan Ulrich, Developmental Specialist, RamboPlus Associates, LLC
Kirstan Ulrich graduated in 1996 from The University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA. She was a dual-major candidate, earning Bachelor of Science degrees in both Geology and Geography, during her four year matriculation.
Kirstan has enjoyed 14 successful years in the field of Training and Development. Over that time, she has directly impacted hundreds of business professionals and owners and has become an important mentor to many professionals within her business community. Kirstan's many accomplishments include the development of a regional marketing office in Delaware County, Pa. for a national financial services firm. She is famous with her associates and friends for building a high degree of client loyalty and has grown and managed a rather large client base throughout her career.
As a RamboPlus Associates Developmental Specialist, Kirstan focuses on our client's needs in the areas of Relationship Building, Productive Interaction, and Respectful Communication. She also is recognized as a dynamic and powerful speaker in the area of Leadership Development, particularly focused on nurturing those skills in college students and young entrepreneurs. She enjoys helping to deliver solutions that are based on her clients' principles and objectives and loves to mix in a playful dose of humor.
Brian D. Clifford, Sr., Director of Marketing Services, RamboPlus Associates, LLC
He is a man of many talents. An accomplished writer, Brian D. Clifford, Sr. has penned a wide variety of works: feature articles for national and regional magazines, and newspapers; copywriting for print, radio, and television advertising; ghost writing of speeches and presentations for business executives; and, much more.
In addition, Brian is experienced in advertising, public relations, and marketing, having operated his own business in these areas, as well as serving as an independent consultant for many companies, large and small. From local businesses to Fortune 500 Companies, he has helped organizations reach customers and win fans. As Director of Marketing Services for RamboPlus Associates, he plays a key role in helping clients define their marketing goals, as well as working with them to create a variety of sales promotion tools, including feature stories, catalogs, promotional literature, newsletters, and ad campaigns designed to build their businesses.
Plus, Brian is an accomplished musician. (He plays a mean jazz piano). Warning: do not attempt to stump him when it comes to playing any tune from any era.
Karen Koch, Organizational Development Consultant, RamboPlus Associates, LLC
Karen Koch graduated from Lehigh University, dual-majoring in English and Psychology. She earned her Masters Degree from Montclair State University in Training and Organizational Development.
Karen started her career as an Account Executive with ADP in Clifton, NJ. She has worked in the field of Training and Development for 25 years. As a Trainer, she has conducted extensive national training programs for Account Executives, Customer Service Reps, and Sales Interns. As a Training Consultant, she has done needs assessments, and designed, developed, and delivered training for associates and clients. Training has included technical training, as well as interpersonal skills, management skills, and client retention skills.
Karen has conducted numerous Train-the-Trainer classes (which are the most fun and the most challenging!). She is energetic, enthusiastic, and firmly believes in a common sense approach to getting things done. Her philosophy: Treat others as they wish to be treated!
Personally, Karen has been a member of the Westfield Adult School Board of Trustees since 2007. She was PTA President at her children's elementary school from 1999-2001, a member of "Westfield Cares" from 2002-2005 to raise money for families of 9/11 victims, and was a delivery representative for Meals on Wheels from 1998 - 2008. She believes in the importance of giving back to the community.
