Rambo Speaks at LFA Fall Forum for Growth

The beautiful Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, NJ played host to the 2011 Lincoln Financial Advisors Metro NY/NJ & NCO Fall Forum for Growth. It also served as the setting for another dynamic presentation by Bill Rambo, Founder and President of RamboPlus Associates. Approximately 100 Financial Advisors and other industry professionals participated in a conversation with Bill which was titled “Why Are Top Performers Top Performers?”

Bill’s passion for impacting the attitudes, performance, and success of his audiences was evident to all in attendance. His commitment to helping them move their practices forward was best summed up by Christine Johnson, Vice President of Relationship Management for Lincoln Financial Distributors, Inc. “I was extremely impressed with Bill’s passion for truly wanting to understand and assist our group at our recent event. He took the time not only to understand our line of business, but also understand my client’s day to day challenges and, more importantly, their goals and how to achieve those goals.”

Some of the topics Bill touched on were the need to avoid being the “indispensable person” in one’s practice, the need to overcome “the most powerful force in the universe” and methods to do so. “It was a distinct pleasure to be able to spend time interacting with such top performers,” said Bill. “From my perspective, interacting with groups like this one is why I do what I do with such energy and conviction.”

Christine Johnson agrees and concludes, “I will certainly use Bill again at future events.”
