Why Are Top Performers Top Performers?

Bill Rambo, Founder & President of RamboPlus Associates, LLC spoke to the Lehigh Valley Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers at the chapter's annual Holiday Banquet on Thursday, December 3rd.

Rambo's topic for the evening was, "Why Are Top Performers Top Performers?", an interactive discussion of the common attitudes and characteristics of top performers across multiple fields of endeavour. Commenting on the topic prior to the event Rambo said, "At this time of year, many organizations are searching for a topic that will help their members to reach higher and strive for excellence in the year to come. We've always taken great pride in the fact that this conversation provides tools designed to implement the changes needed in order to excel and succeed. As a result, it produces motivation that sticks."

The feedback from the event has been overwhelmingly positive. Speaking on behalf of ASCE's Lehigh Valley Section, President-Elect, Phil Gaffreau said, "Bill Rambo came highly recommended to us for our annual holiday banquet, and he did not disappoint.
